The person or entity creating a workspace is responsible for the organization account, its members, and all actions taken through that workspace.

You must keep authentication credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use WebsiteGPT to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malware, evade security controls, or generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive automated interactions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you index and the instructions you configure are accurate and lawful to use.

Paid features are billed on the subscription interval selected at checkout. Usage limits, plan changes, and cancellation timing are controlled by the active subscription and any applicable order form.

Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to paid functionality.

We may update features, limits, integrations, and security controls as the product evolves. We aim to operate the service reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and abuse-prevention actions may temporarily affect access.

WebsiteGPT is provided on an as-available basis. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect, and customers must review outputs before relying on them for material decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the period specified in the governing agreement.
